Here at Black Swan Printing, we take the responsibility of our carbon footprint seriously. As a result, we work closely with The Woodland Trust to ensure that we capture as much of the carbon that is produced in the production of our products as possible.

How does it work?

The clever scientists at The Woodland Trust and Premier Paper have calculated the amount of carbon that is created in the production of every tonne of paper.

The most effective way to capture this carbon is to plant new young trees. Young trees use more carbon than established trees as they use it in their growth process.

The cost to buy and plant new trees is covered by ourselves as we are already signed up and fully-fledged members, so you gain all of the benefits without any extra cost.

All of the trees planted are planted in the UK which adds the extra benefit that you are able to get out and visit the Woodland Trust venues and enjoy the forests that you will have helped to fund.

Why get involved?

We can also make out The Woodland Trust certificate to your company name to demonstrate how many trees you have helped to fund.

This is fantastic for PR and customer relations exercises as well as leaving you with the feel-good feeling that you have done something to help.

We are also able to provide a Carbon Capture logo that can be included on every item that is printed on a carbon capture material.
